【ON/OFF & Description of Dimming Operation】

A. Brief push switches (< 1 s), LED driver ON or OFF. The brightness returns to the last dimming value.

B. Press and hold the PUSH switch (1S~8S), and the LED driver can achieve dimming; After pressing it again, the light changes in the opposite dimming directions.

C. Push dimming has power-down memory and brightness memory.

D. Dimming synchronization:

The LED driver can synchronize to a 50% dimming level with a 15-second hold on the push.

E. Set fade times: Press the push button to turn off the lights, Then long press the button, and the lights will turn on and dim. The time of the long press will be saved to fade times. Turn off the fade times function: Quickly press the PUSH switch 5 times within 3 seconds; Turn on the fade times function: long press PUSH 15S.

F. Corridor function: PUSH has an L signal greater than 60S, enter the corridor function, 100% brightness, 20% brightness, wait for 60S, and then turn off the lights. Brief push switches 5 times to exit the corridor function.

G. Push buttons with indicator lights are not allowed.

H. Secondary PUSH: The DIP switch “4” is closed; 0-10V: The red DIP switch “4” is open;

【Matters Needing Attention】

The LED string must be connected to the load before turning on the input power, otherwise the LED string may be damaged.

Microwave Motion Sensor

Based on principle of Doppler effect and 5.8GHz microwave detection technology for motion detecting. LifeBeing Presence Sensor Technology

As only support big range movement detecting, microwave is normally used in the places people only make a brief stay, for example, corridor, stair well, warehouse and parking lot. Merrytek use high frequency microwave and unique programming, microwave sensors are able to detect very minor movements, i.e. typing and breathing to avoid false reporting and underreporting. Merrytek provides series sensors with KNX, DALI, 485 and Bluetooth for building automation.

Flicker-free DALI/1-10V Dimmable LED Driver

Replacing traditional incandescent and fluorescent lights with more efficient and longer-lasting LED-based solid-state lighting (SSL) is an undeniable trend in the lighting industry. However, since SSL fixtures are directly connected to an AC power supply, (consistent with legacy lighting), there is a risk that 100-Hz or 120-Hz flicker could occur as a result of the driving AC current’s fluctuation at the supply's output. Flicker can make people uncomfortable, causing headaches, stress and fatigue even though the human eye may not detect the flicker.

Currently, most of dimmable LED drivers have flickering issues (especially PWM types), when dimmed below 5%. Merrytek newly-developed flicker-free dimming technology can eliminate nearly all flickering and even when dimmed to 2%.
